How much do two iphone lines cost in a family plan?

Currently, my mom has an iphone with unlimited texting so she pays the extra fee and the iphone fee. If I got an iphone for our family line, would I also have to pay the iphone fee? In other words, thirty dollars extra total or thirty dollars extra per phone.|||It's 30 dollars extra per phone, because they are separate i phones.
