How to get converted dvds files on my iphone?

I use the program dvd decrupter on my dvds and then tried to convert them using videoara ipod converter, and its says its cant play my file on quicktime because it can't understand it and also it can's copy it to my iphone because it cant play. Can anybody help with how to get them on my iphone. Im using vista and i purchase my iphone in April 08 and its unlocked. Thanks.|||I think you can use "E.M.
