How much will the iPhone 4 cost after the iPhone 4S comes out?

I can upgrade to an iPhone now. I assume the new iPhone 4S is going to be $199 for 16GB. How much will the old iPhone 4 be? $99 for 16GB?|||The iPhone 4 is now available at $99 for 8GB. This is a little disappointing. I was hoping it to be $99 for the 16GB, but no such luck. However, if you check your att store, idk about verizon, they will have 16GB models for $149.
